No. None of our products are tested on animals. Many of the products we offer are vegan friendly or cruelty free. We are commited to sources ethical raw material.

Orders, payment and delivery
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard and direct bank transfer.
We will pack and dispatch your order as soon as we receive a successful payment.
Can I amend or change my order?
In most cases orders are final, however if you reach out to us prior to the dispatch we might be able to change your order.
How do I know my order has been completed?
As soon as you have completed the payment of your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email advising you of the expected delivery date of your item(s). Please double check your order confirmation to ensure it is all correct.
How can I track my order?
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. Most of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed.
The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the email.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship to most countries. Cost and documentation for custom clearance for an international shipment may vary. Please double check the clearance requirements for countries outside the European Union prior to placing your order.
Returns and exchanges
How can I return my product?
Top Tellers accepts consumer returns within 14 days and without giving reasons and without penalties. Top Tellers should be notified and shall not accept any returns made if the original packaging or products have been used or opened.
